Custom packages can include additional photographers, videographers, same-day edits, full event videos, social media reels, interview coverage, extended hours, and faster delivery.

    • Packages can be customized based on the event size, schedule, location, and deliverables.

    • Packages include one location in Dubai unless agreed otherwise.

    • UAE-wide event coverage can be arranged based on the location and scope.

    • Standard delivery is 7–14 working days depending on the project scope.

    • 1 round of minor revisions is included for video edits.

    • Additional revisions, major re-edits, or changes in direction after editing may be charged separately.

    • Raw photos, raw video files, and project files are not included unless agreed in writing.

    • Same-day edits, extra crew, extra hours, long-form full event videos, captions, subtitles, and urgent delivery can be added separately.

    • Location permits, venue access, parking, security approvals, and event permissions are the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

    • 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
