For multi-day events, exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, brand activations, and events with multiple locations, we can create a custom photography and videography coverage plan.
Custom packages can include additional photographers, videographers, same-day edits, full event videos, social media reels, interview coverage, extended hours, and faster delivery.

UAE-wide event coverage can be arranged based on the location and scope.
Standard delivery is 7–14 working days depending on the project scope.
1 round of minor revisions is included for video edits.
Additional revisions, major re-edits, or changes in direction after editing may be charged separately.
Raw photos, raw video files, and project files are not included unless agreed in writing.
Same-day edits, extra crew, extra hours, long-form full event videos, captions, subtitles, and urgent delivery can be added separately.
Location permits, venue access, parking, security approvals, and event permissions are the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
